Policies and Warranties


All catalog prices are shown in U.S. dollars


Sales tax will be charged where applicable unless the purchaser has supplied a tax exemption certificate.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are disclosed on each invoice and cash discounts will be allowed when payment is received within the terms specified on your invoice.

Freight Policy:

Shipments are F.O.B. destination via UPS ground or truck. Premium shipping (i.e. 2nd day or overnight) is F.O.B. factory with charges billed via invoice.

Returned Materials:

Returned material authorizations are required for ALL product returned. Return material authorization numbers can be obtained by calling our customer service department at 877-345-6388.

The issued number must be clearly marked on the outside of each package to expedite processing.
New or unused products returned to stock are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Special order items or returns after 1 year of invoice date are subject to a 50% restocking fee.


Diamond Tools Technology warrants all its diamond tools against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Determination of warranty applicability will be made after the product is inspected by our warrant team.The warranty does not cover any tool which Diamond Tools Technology determines to have been used in an improper application or negligent abuse.

Any diamond tool covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at Diamond Tools Technology’s option free of charge. This warranty includes al material, labor and shipping costs via UPS ground.

Diamond Tools Technology reserves the right to prorate any warranty claim based upon a percentage of tool life prior to the failure in question.
